A monthly plan is only worth it if you generate several documents a month. The Permitted Development check is free for everyone.
A document credit is only used the moment you generate a finished document. If a generation fails or is parked, no credit is used. Credits you have bought never expire.
Yes — cancel whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Each Design & Access Statement, LDC supporting statement, Prior Approval statement, or planning appeal statement you generate counts as one document. A planning appeal statement is a full written-representations appeal arguing each refusal reason, cited to the local plan and the NPPF — available for planning applications submitted before 1 April 2026.
